Profumerie  GD s.r.l. undertakes to adopt suitable measures to ensure their security and confidentiality, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation.

1. Information Collection:

1.1. This information concerns data collected through forms available in relation to services offered on the website www.gdprofumerie.com. 1.2. Every service subscription request is verified by Profumerie GD s.r.l.

1. Purposes and methods of data processing.

2.1. The data collected in the cases referred to in point 1 are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

a) establishing commercial relationships with users; b) sending the newsletter; c) periodically sending emails containing promotional material and initiatives, internal announcements, and commercial communications; these may also be conveyed through the newsletter; d) performing statistical analyses; e) complying with legal obligations.

5.1. Correction/Updating of personal data Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants the data subject the exercise of specific rights.

5.1.1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

5.1.2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on: a. the origin of the personal data; b. the purposes and methods of processing; c. the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d. the identifying details of the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the State’s territory, data processors, or persons in charge.

5.1.3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a. the updating, correction, or, when interested, integration of the data; b. the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; c. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been made known, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in cases where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right.

5.1.4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b. to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
